The purpose of this website is to strengthen the veterinary services in public health by enhancing the knowledge of public sector veterinarians and meat inspectors in good hygiene practices (GHP), Hazards Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and meat hygiene risk management, and to identify opportunities for improvement of slaughterhouse operations in developing countries
